Close followers of Dhanush have been anxiously waiting for the actor’s upcoming release Mariyaan for a longtime now. However, owing to some overwhelming responses in the state for his presently showcasing flick Ambikapathy – a dubbed version of his Bollywood debut, fans awaiting this release will comprise a population of pan India.
Now, there is good news for the eagerly waiting, as the postponed release of director Bharath Bala’s offering – Mariyaan, has come to a definitive conclusion !!! As expected, this Dhanush and Parvathy Menon feature will now hit the silver screens by mid July.
With Suriya’s Singam 2 releasing this July 5, hoping to storm the box office collections for two weeks thereafter, Mariyaan funded by V Ravichandran expects to arrive at a theater near you by this July 19 with a U certificate !!!
Confirming this director Bharat Bala wrote on his micro blog recently “Maryan will release all over on 19th July !!!”. Its tunes composed by Isaipuyal AR Rahman debuted at the No.1 position on the iTunes charts recently, which has helped in the promotions preceding its worldwide release. Featuring Dhanush as Maryan alongside Parvathy as Panimalar it promises to showcase the hard life of Indian immigrants as hostages under Sudanese mercenaries.
